Paulina Aguirre is a member of Balliol College and joined the group in 2003 as a D.Phil student. She was born in Chile, where she obtained her B.Sc. and a Professional Title in Industrial Chemistry in 2003 from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. Her area of research included the synthesis and study of homobimetallic organometallic complexes. She left the group in 2008.
